While we cut and trim to satisfy the specific requirements of each customer, we also maintain an inventory of our more popular items, allowing us to expedite your orders in a timely manner. For special trim or packaging requests, please allow us one week lead time.

We have also put considerable thought into how we package Calumet products. Our innovative packaging is geared to the end users' needs, setting new standards for the meat industry. All products are packed in poly-lined boxes, with ribs and chops layer packed.

Our ribs are packed in "catch weight" boxes so you get only whole slabs. Roasts are jet netted with a pop-up timer inserted, then individually vacuum packed. You will come to expect this consistent quality time after time when dealing with Calumet Diversified Meats.
